Difference Between Mechanical & Digital Pan, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ)

Mechanical Pan, Tilt and Optical Zoom Camera can either view one image from full field image or optical zoom image, where else HD Digital Pan, Tilt and zoom can view both full of field image and multiple digitally zoom image.
